The meals can be heated from a frozen or chilled state, using either an oven or microwave.
Microwave from defrost: CAT E 800W
- Cook from defrost
- Remove sleeve & pierce film lid
- Place in the microwave
- Cook on full power for 2½ minutes, stir, and cook for 2 minutes
- Leave to stand for 1 minute
- Ensure the product is piping hot before serving
Microwave from frozen: CAT E 800W
- Cook from frozen
- Remove sleeve & pierce film lid
- Place in the microwave
- Cook on full power for 6 minutes, stir, and cook for 2 minutes
- Leave to stand for 1 minute
- Ensure the product is piping hot before serving
Oven from defrost: FAN 180ºC /GAS 6
- Cook from defrost
- Remove sleeve & film lid
- Place in the centre of the oven
- Cook for 35 minutes
- Leave to stand for 1 minute
- Ensure the product is piping hot before serving
Oven from frozen: FAN 180ºC/GAS 6
- Cook from frozen
- Remove sleeve & pierce film lid
- Place in the centre of the oven
- Cook for 30 minutes
- Remove film and cook for a further 15-20 minutes
- Leave to stand for 1 minute
- Ensure the product is piping hot before serving
- Keep frozen below -18°C
- Defrost in a refrigerated condition and keep chilled up to 3 days after defrosting
- Do not refreeze after defrosting

Two of our flavour variations are suitable for vegetarians, namely Nostalgic Classic and Mushroom. Currently we do not offer vegan and Halal options, but stay tuned for future updates!
